The platform

Command Center, the platform a business runs on.

Command Center is the software product Bowen Brothers builds and operates: one place where a company’s finances, contracts, operations, and monitoring are handled by AI agents working together. Bowen Brothers runs its own company on it, and every client business gets its own.

What it is

A product, not a one-off build.

Command Center is a hosted platform. Bowen Brothers develops it, operates it, and runs its own business on it every day. When a company comes on, it is not handed a bespoke tool and left with it — it is given its own Command Center on the same platform, and Bowen Brothers keeps running the platform underneath it.

01

One platform, separate workspaces

Every Command Center is isolated: its own database, its own deployment, its own access control. One business can never see another’s data, because they are not sharing a store.

02

One door to sign in

Everyone with a Command Center enters through the same gateway and lands in their own. Access is granted per person, per workspace, and can be withdrawn the same way.

What is inside

The agents that do the work.

A Command Center is a set of AI agents that each hold a part of the business and work off the same records, so the finance side and the legal side are not two different versions of the truth.

Finance

Tracks balances, spend, and runway. Reconciles what came in against what went out, and flags the number that moved before anyone has to go looking for it.

Legal

Researches, drafts, and reviews. Keeps contracts, entities, and filings in one place instead of scattered across inboxes and drives.

Strategy

Pressure-tests the decisions that matter, argues the other side of them, and keeps the reasoning on the record rather than in someone’s head.

Operations

Carries the day-to-day: the tasks, the records, the handoffs, and the small work that quietly consumes a week.

Monitoring

Watches the software around the clock and says something when a system stops behaving, before a customer is the one who notices.

Intelligence

Turns the data a business already has into something it can read: what is actually happening, and what changed since last week.

Bank connectivity

Read-only, and never money movement.

01

Connected through Plaid

Command Center can connect to a business’s bank accounts through Plaid, so the finance agent works from real balances and real transactions instead of numbers typed in by hand.

02

Read-only, by design

The connection reads account and transaction data. Bowen Brothers does not initiate payments, transfers, or any movement of money, and the platform has no facility to do so.

03

The client holds the switch

A business connects its own accounts and can disconnect them at any time. Nothing is connected on a client’s behalf.

04

Business accounts only

Command Center is a business-to-business platform. Every connected account belongs to the client business itself, and the platform holds no consumer data.

How that data is collected, used, and kept is written down and published: read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

How it happens

From first conversation to running system.

01

Bowen Brothers learns the business

Before anything is provisioned, Bowen Brothers learns how the company actually runs — where the time goes, where the money leaks, and which of the work is worth handing to a system.

02

A Command Center is provisioned

The business gets its own Command Center on the platform: its own workspace, its own database, its own deployment. Not a shared tenant, and not a copy of anyone else’s.

03

It is fitted to the work

The agents are configured around how that business actually operates, and the records it already keeps are brought in, so the system is useful on the first day rather than the ninetieth.

04

Bowen Brothers keeps operating it

The platform is maintained, monitored, and improved by Bowen Brothers. A client runs their business on it; they do not have to run the software.
